New Clients / Patients

Selah Vet is now accepting new clients and patients - along with patient transfers from other clinics.

** Please print and fill out a new client form (can be downloaded with the link below) and bring it with you on your first visit to Selah Veterinary Hospital.

** We also require that PRIOR to your first visit, you MUST have full veterinary records emailed to us from your current vet. They must be FULL records - including all doctor's exam notes, etc. We will NOT accept vaccine charts, or itemized invoice lists.
